Campbell Alliance recruits consultants with bachelors degrees, MBAs, masters degrees, and PhDs from the world’s leading universities and graduate schools. To find top candidates, Campbell Alliance participates in on-campus presentations to introduce students to our firm.

We conduct on-campus interviews in the fall and invite selected candidates to a Campbell Alliance office for a second-round interview. The second-round interviews will focus on case studies and the candidate’s core competencies.  Our 2011-2012 campus recruiting schedule is included below.

From the moment you start at Campbell, you quickly realize that the organization values employee development. The extensive one-on-one support begins during training and extends to ongoing support from your peers and management. Combine this support with the myriad courses available through the Learn Center, and it becomes quite clear that the company wants you to excel.
