We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practice Executive to join our growing Brand Management & Marketing Practice in Boston. This individual will work with the firm's pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in selling services to our clients and developing brand strategies.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
· Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with solid working knowledge of marketing, sales, market research, and new product development
· Specific in-depth experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands, including
- Market analysis
- Positioning and segmentation
- Promotion
- Forecasting
- Assessment of commercial opportunities, such as NCEs, line extensions, new claims, and/or new indications
· In-depth therapeutic knowledge in oncology, immunology, cardiology, anti-infectives, or CNS would be a big plus
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Minimum of two years experience selling and leading large projects at a management consulting firm
· Ability to consistently demonstrate clear and logical thought processes, especially related to pharma brand strategy
· Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong PowerPoint skills
· An MBA from a "top 20" program, MD, PharmD, or RPh is strongly preferred

Campbell Alliance's Clinical Development practice helps clients formulate aggressive clinical development strategies and drive promising compounds through each phase of the clinical trials process. Specific service offerings include strategy and planning, infrastructure development/improvement, and e-enablement of clinical trials.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the overall clinical development process, from the pre-clinical stage through Phases I-IV of the clinical trials process. Prior pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs is strongly preferred. This individual will have a combination of both pharmaceutical company and previous management consulting experience. Graduate degree in science or health-related field, Pharm D preferred.

We are currently recruiting for a Research Consultant to join our Research Services Department.
Working closely with Campbell Alliance’s consulting teams and internal leadership, members of our Research group provide high-quality secondary research about business and clinical information in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Their responsibilities include the following:
- Conducting extensive literature and database searches on the business of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, selecting and synthesizing relevant findings based on the requesting consultant’s business purpose
- Presenting concise research findings to consulting teams and internal leadership in a variety of formats (e.g., e-mail responses, narrative write-ups, PowerPoint slides)
- Providing both broad overviews and focused reports on trends and issues in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and its products, companies, and therapeutic areas
- Monitoring industry news and proactively updating consulting teams on recent developments
The job requires familiarity with the mechanics of conducting secondary research, both via standardized searches such as database queries and through creative and persistent searches of unconventional sources. In addition, successful Campbell researchers demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, creative problem-solving, a talent for translating complex information into a manageable format, skill managing a large volume of work in a compressed time frame, flexibility, and the ability to learn and synthesize new information quickly.
Experience working in a fast-paced business environment is a necessity. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and/or health care is ideal.
