We are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Executive to join our Managed Markets practice. These individuals will work with the firm’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in developing and implementing managed markets strategies, along with managing project teams and client relationships.
Common projects in the Managed Markets practice include

Work to Ensure the Quality of Internal Communications at Management Consulting Firm
The Associate Editor for Internal Projects will have primary responsibility for editing for Campbell’s internal departments, including Marketing and Public Relations, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Information Technology, and will support other editors in editing client-facing proposals.

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Campbell Alliance is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for providing support for a variety of functional areas within the HR department. This position, based in our Raleigh, NC office, will typically keep the office hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. This will allow us to provide extended HR support for our West coast operations.
Primary responsibilities of the position will include the coordination of all Campbell benefit programs including, but not limited to, communications, enrollments/terminations, troubleshooting issues, new employee orientation, COBRA events, and invoices. The position will also evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and vendors, as well as benchmark Campbell’s programs against those of comparable organizations. Other HR responsibilities include supporting the performance review process, assisting with event planning and management, and providing backup coverage for other HR team members, as needed. This is a dynamic function and additional responsibilities may be identified. Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum position requirements include a bachelor’s degree, and five years of diverse HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or management consulting industries. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while effectively functioning in a brisk professional environment are required. Additional position requirements include extensive experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as an HRIS (UltiPro.) PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING

This individual will report to Campbell Alliance's Vice President of Marketing and will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, as well as implementing marketing programs and campaigns for each of Campbell Alliance’s practice areas: Brand Management, Business Development, Clinical Development, Managed Markets, Sales, and Trade and Distribution.
This individual will assume responsibility for developing and managing programs and campaigns on behalf of the practice areas. The Senior Manager, Marketing will regularly interact with other members of the Marketing team, including those in sales support, lead generation, and public relations roles. In addition, this person will work closely with the Practice Leaders and key members of the consulting teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working in a comparable marketing or sales position. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
He or she will be self-motivated, have excellent writing skills, be highly detail-oriented and extremely well-organized, and should have experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and one or more customer relationship management systems.
