Professional Development
At Campbell Alliance, learning starts on your very first day—and never stops! You will have numerous and ongoing opportunities to develop professionally through instructor-led, online, and on-the-job training and mentoring.
As a member of the consulting team, you will hit the ground running. Your first week at Campbell Alliance will be dedicated solely to intense training. In addition to learning about all the tools and resources available at your fingertips, you will also attend scenario-based "ACT" or "Accelerated Consulting Training," where you will have opportunities to learn, practice, and apply the skills needed to not only do the job, but do the job well. The training team also offers ACT II, designed for consultants who are moving up through the ranks, and consists of Managing Projects, Managing Staff, Developing Deliverables, and Presenting at, Leading and Facilitating Meetings.
Training doesn't stop there. Campbell Alliance offers many other training opportunities, all of which are posted, tracked and reported through the Learn Center, Campbell Alliance's online Learning Management System. In addition to instructor-led training, including Situational Leadership®, Communication Skills, and Presentational Speaking, you will have access to well over 100 online courses. These include:
- Understanding Pharma - developed by the Pharmaceutical Institute, the leading provider of specialized knowledge for pharma and biotech professionals. These modules detail, among other things, the physiology of relevant systems, causes, diagnosis, and treatment. They provide our consulting team members with online, on-demand access to in-depth therapeutic area knowledge needed to support their product-specific engagements.
- MindLeaders - a technology-based courseware vendor, offering a variety of management, communication, and technical courses. Topics include Building Relationships, Coaching, Project Management and many others.
