Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
The Personal Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Campbell Alliance Web site, http://www.campbellalliance.com, or any other site registered under the Campbell Alliance name. We collect the personal information you submit when filling out the following forms:
- The Request Information form, through which you can register to receive information about our services or subscribe to our corporate newsletter. This form requires that you enter limited personal information so that we can send the information you requested.
- The Candidate Questionnaire, which you transmit to our Human Resources Department if you are interested in applying for a job with Campbell Alliance. This questionnaire requires that you enter relevant personal information and provide a resumé. This information will be used by our Human Resources Department to evaluate your job qualifications.
Our Web site is not directed to children under the age of 13. At this time, no child under the age of 13 is permitted to register with Campbell Alliance. Campbell Alliance will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
The Way We Use Personal Information
We store the information you provide about yourself in a database . The information will remain stored for the lifetime of the database unless you request that it be removed (see our opt-out form). Your personal information will be shared selectively with Campbell Alliance employees to the extent necessary to accommodate your requests, or to evaluate your job qualifications.
For example, if you provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address when requesting more information about Campbell Alliance's services, this information will only be shared with the appropriate Campbell Alliance personnel in order to fulfill your request. We may sometimes use personal information provided to us online in order to notify you about new service offerings at Campbell Alliance that may be of interest to you. We will, however, provide you with the opportunity to opt out of such communications or otherwise prohibit such usage.
Similarly, personal information that you provide to us for Human Resources purposes will only be shared with members of our senior management team and our Human Resources Department for the purpose of evaluating your job qualifications. Your information will not be shared with other employees of Campbell Alliance, nor will it be shared with people outside Campbell Alliance.

Except as described above, we will not use or disclose any of your personal information, except to the extent reasonably necessary to (i) correct technical problems and malfunctions and technically process your information; (ii) protect the security and integrity of our Web site; (iii) protect our rights and property and the rights and property of others; (iv) take precautions against liability; (v) comply with legal requirements or respond to judicial process; and (vii) provide information, to the extent legally permitted, to law enforcement agencies or for investigations on matters related to public safety.
The Way We Use Aggregated Data
We use non-identifying and aggregate information about the use of our Web site to improve its design. This information may include, for example, the pages requested most and least frequently, the domains from which visitors access our site, and the number of users from the U.S. and other countries.

Currently, we are not using cookies but may offer this option in the future in order to allow site visitors to personalize their experiences.
