At the end of each project, we survey our clients to gain candid feedback on our performance. This helps us gauge our performance by highlighting the things we did well and any areas that need improvement.
The survey responses offer insight into what our clients find most important, enabling us to improve our ability to meet their needs. As a result, we have been able to improve the average overall satisfaction score we receive each year. That has been no easy feat, as our baseline client satisfaction rating was very high.
